We examine every detail in, under, over and around your home, documenting the condition of its components and flagging trouble areas (water seepage, excess wear, dry rot, safety, etc.) that can cause thousands of dollars of damage if left unchecked.2. This is a comprehensive maintenance log consisting of records that will be valuable to those interested in knowing how your home has been maintained; such as appraisers, realtors and potential future owners. Your maintenance program, consisting of itemized repair and maintenance recommendations and a home exam checklist of items to be inspected. It contains:- A record of home exams, repairs, maintenance and expenses.

Upon acceptance of our proposal, HomeWorks will provide you with a binder and an outline of your maintenance program. Based on the frequency of your home maintenance program: annual, semi-annual, or quarterly, you will receive an invoice upon completion of scheduled maintenance and a copy of the inspection reeport.
